Company: We are representing a renowned Cornish company with an exciting Graphic Design role.

Position Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday with occasional weekends for exciting annual events.

Location: Truro, Cornwall, UK

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-organized, and motivated Graphic Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will be proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro for both Print and Digital media.

Responsibilities:

• Create Impactful Campaigns: Develop, produce, and implement engaging brand awareness and lead generation campaigns by creating both digital and print assets.

• Innovative Design Leadership: Lead the design and execution of high-quality, effective Graphic Designs across various mediums, bringing events, projects, campaigns, and communications to life.

• Collaborative Communication: Maintain effective communication throughout the design process, from initial brief to presenting proposals, capturing feedback, and providing debriefs.

• Detail-Oriented Proof Checking: Ensure all designs are polished and error-free.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.

• Continuous Learning: Develop and implement workflows through automated marketing software to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and typography
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Degree in Graphic Design or relevant field is a plus
