A Prison Claims Solicitor/Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
My client is an award winning, law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Fee Earner to manage your own caseload of pre and post issue Personal Injury Prisoner claim cases.
Duties will include:

• Meeting and interviewing clients to give advice on Prison Law matters and take their instructions;
• Advising clients on the procedure, law and legal issues relating to their case;
• Drafting applications, documents, letters that may arise during the course of a case;
• Acting on behalf of clients and representing them at any Oral Hearings whether that be for an Adjudication or a Parole Hearing or CAT A Board;
• Preparing client’s representations;

Applications are invited from Personal Injury Solicitors or Fee Earners and you will ideally have experience working on Prison claims.
