**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Private Chef to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. As a key member of the Tranquil Waters family, you will have the opportunity to create culinary masterpieces that delight the senses and enhance the well-being of our guests.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Menu Creation and Client Consultation:** Collaborate with clients to understand their dietary preferences, restrictions, and any special requests. Design bespoke menus tailored to meet our guests' needs while embodying our commitment to health and wellness.

2. **Food Preparation and Cooking:** Execute meal preparation with precision and care, using the finest locally sourced ingredients available. Employ creative cooking techniques to craft nutritious and flavorful dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

3. **Meal Planning and Shopping:** Plan menus in advance, considering seasonal availability, nutritional balance, and guest preferences. Coordinate with clients to finalize menu selections and ensure a seamless dining experience. Manage food inventory and budget effectively, maximizing quality while minimizing waste.

4. **Culinary Excellence:** Showcase your culinary expertise through innovative and visually stunning dishes that showcase a diverse range of flavors and textures. Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism in the kitchen.

5. **Client Satisfaction:** Provide exceptional service to our guests, anticipating their needs and surpassing their expectations at every opportunity. Foster positive relationships with clients through attentive communication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for culinary excellence.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a Private Chef or upscale dining environment.

- Strong culinary skills with a focus on health-conscious cuisine and seasonal ingredients.

- Excellent menu planning and food costing abilities.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues alike.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client bookings.

- Food handler's certification and thorough knowledge of food safety regulations.
