Private Client And Trust Role - Part Time Law Firm Leeds

A great opportunity for an ATT, CTA or STEP qualified to move away from an accounting firm and join a well regarded Law Firm. Based in central Leeds this role is Part Time - 2 to 3 days a week. In this role you will provide ad hoc tax computations and tax support to the Private Client team and their clients (predominantly to cover income tax / capital gains tax / inheritance tax). This will include:
- Completion of final tax returns for deceased individuals.
- Completion of tax returns for estate administration periods.
- Completion of tax returns for trust administration periods.
- Preparation of R185s (Estate Income / Trust Income).
- Preparation of inheritance tax returns (Estates / Trusts).
- Preparation of estate accounts.
- Preparation of trust accounts.
- Dealing with the Trust Registration Service.
- Trust compliance. 
Would suit an experienced tax senior or manager who really enjoys dealing with HNW families and their trust and estate compliance.
