Job Description:
A prestigious law firm in London, renowned for its expertise in Private Client matters, is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that is highly regarded for its work in estate planning, trust management, and tax advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to a diverse range of Private Clients on matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, tax planning, and probate.
- Manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring all client work is completed to a high standard.
- Assist in the management and administration of trusts, including liaising with trustees and beneficiaries.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to provide holistic advice to clients.
- Participate in business development activities to maintain existing client relationships and establish new ones.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years PQE in Private Client law.
- Strong technical knowledge in all aspects of Private Client work.
- Proven ability to manage a comprehensive caseload independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
