SalaryWorking for a well known law firm based in Baker Street this role is a job share in the firm's award winning Private Client Department.
This role is to work Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays only in the firms Private Client department.
The role will sit in their award winning and Tier 1 ranked Private Client department and provide support for our Landed Estates/Rural Property team and the wider Private Client team supporting three busy partners.
As part of their agile working policy, the candidate will be required to attend their offices 2 days a week every 3 weeks and 1 day a week for 1 week (flexibility required).
Duties will include:
- Extensive client contact
- Heavy diary management and booking travel
- Inbox Management
- Billing
- Preparation of documents and completion of property forms and searches
This role is a mix of Private Client and property work. One of the partner’s workload is very property heavy, so experience in Landed Estates/Rural property/general property is ideal, however they can be flexible on this.
To secure the position you will need to have experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
Salary is circa £45,000 (full time equivalent) which equates to £25,200 - £27,000 for the 3 days, plus benefits, with a salary review in June 2024. The firm offer beautiful modern offices alongside a friendly team orientated culture.
