Private Client / Family Fee Earner
Location: Colchester, Essex
Salary: £28k - £60k + Excellent Benefits
The Client:
Our client is a well-established legal firm, providing a wide range of legal advice and services to individuals and businesses.
The Role:
As a Fee Earner in a Private Client or family law department, you will manage end-to-end cases, overseeing both existing caseload and new cases.
Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end cases, overseeing both existing caseload and new cases.
* Undertake responsibilities related to Court of Protection matters.
* Contribute actively to team and business growth, showcasing motivation and drive.
* Cultivate and maintain relations with the firms clients while actively participating in the development of new relationships.
* Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Fee Earner or in a similar role.
* Ideally have experience as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal.
* Experience managing an independent caseload with minimal supervision.
* Skilled in current legal practices and updated knowledge of SRA Code of Conduct.
* Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
