Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join our distinguished team. You will manage a varied Private Client caseload and provide exceptional legal services to our clients. This role offers hybrid working, allowing for a balanced and flexible work-life arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of Private Client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts.
- Provide expert advice on estate planning and tax issues.
- Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Handle complex estates and high-value cases with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Contribute to the firm's business development and client acquisition efforts.
- 3+ years PQE in Private Client law.
- Proven experience in managing a varied Private Client caseload.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in estate planning and tax issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
