Are you looking for a new opportunity in a professional Law firm?
Based on Newcastle's outskirts, my client has a new opportunity to join their Wills and Probate department as a professional solicitor.
You will work alongside another solicitor, a trainee solicitor and a paralegal.
Role & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to:
To undertake fee-earning work, working both independently and as a team member.
Maintain existing relations with the firms' clients and assist and help develop new relationships.
Drafting of Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with Trust and Estate Administration
Support and supervise junior members of the team.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience working with Private Clients.
* Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
* IT literate in MS Office.
* Experience in working with a case management system, Land Registry Portal and HMRC
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise.
* Ability to work precisely and effectively under pressure.
* Excellent client care skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work as part of a busy team.
