Private Client Lawyer

A boutique but reputable firm is recruiting for either a full-time or part-time Private Client Lawyer for their office in Windsor. The firm has a rich history, being traced back to the 19th century and has always provided bespoke and high quality legal advice to the people of Berkshire/Surrey as well as internationally. They are highly renowned in the local area, making working here an excellent career move for a regional lawyer looking to experience an interesting and diverse caseload of Private Client files.
You will have the option of joining the firm on either a full-time or part-time basis, being a rare opportunity for those looking to enhance a work-life balance or returning to work. The firm are also sympathetic to working from home, allowing you to do so around 2 days per week. The part-time option and hybrid working are indicative of the firm's respect for your life outside work, as well as understanding that lawyers can be productive without being chained to a desk.
You will undertake a full Private Client caseload which will include drafting Wills and LPAs, dealing with the administration of estates and trust work, as well as being involved with the business development of the department.
