Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a range of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, and probate.
* Collaborate with Legal Assistants to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
* Utilise specialist ICT systems and precedents to enhance efficiency in legal operations.
* Explore opportunities for business development and contribute to marketing efforts.
Requirements:
* 3-7 years PQE in Private Client law.
* Strong experience in wills, trusts, and probate.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with Legal Assistants.
* Familiarity with ICT systems and legal precedents.
