Private Client Lawyer - Nq+

AJ Chambers is working with an award winning, Legal 500 firm in East Hertfordshire that is currently recruiting for NQ - 3 year PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their firm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to wills, trusts, estates, and probate
• Inheritance Tax matters
• Draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Represent clients in probate court and assist with the administration of estates
• Communicate effectively with clients, estate executors, and other stakeholders
