The Role:

As a Legal Assistant in a Private Client department, you will assist in progressing Probate, Wills, and Lasting Power of Attorney files.

Requirements:

-Previously worked as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal or in a similar role.
-Experience in Private Client work (Wills, Probate, and LPAs).
-Ability to work independently and support a busy team.
-Skilled in IT and case management.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
