Your experience working in Private Client, as a Legal Secretary or PA is very highly sought after by our client. They are an excellent, multi-sited law firm who are looking for a PA/Legal Secretary to play a vital role in supporting their Private Client department to achieve peak efficiency. As a key member of the team, you'll collaborate with solicitors/fee earners and fellow PAs, ensuring seamless operations through your proactive and self-managed approach.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise advanced IT skills for audio-typing, word processing, and efficient document preparation.
- Manage filing procedures in accordance with office manual guidelines, ensuring meticulous organisation of client files.
- Coordinate mail dispatch, handle copy tasks, and assist in maintaining the firm's case management system.
- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and maintain up-to-date diaries for fee earners.
- Provide professional and friendly client care, both in-person and over the phone.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Substantial legal secretarial experience, including at least 1 year in a Private Client department (2+ years for PA role), is essential.
- Advanced IT skills in relevant packages.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of Practice Evolve or similar case management systems, legal practice, and Isokon probate software, is desirable.
