Private Client Legal Secretary

We are looking to bring a Private Client Legal Secretary into our clients well-established Croydon office.
This is a (preferably) full-time, permanent position that is office based.
This role is ideal for someone with up-to-date experience within a law firm, who can provide support and assistance to our Private Client offering. 
Discretionary Bonuses are paid to those who provide an excellent service to the firm. Duties We require our Legal Secretary to provide Private Client support to our Senior Partner within our Croydon branch.
It is essential that the incoming Legal Secretary has experience with Probate matters, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and dealing with the elderly.
Further duties will include:
• Diary Management
• Audio Transcription
• Liaising with Clients
• File Management
The Legal Secretary will have at least 3 years of up-to-date Legal Secretarial experience and be a knowledgeable and personable individual who can easily hit the ground running in this role.
Experience in Probate would advantageous, but by no means a necessity. We pride ourselves on consistently giving excellent client care, so a professional manner is a must.
Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm.
