Private Client Legal Secretary to their team in Birmingham City Centre. Ideally, they would like to recruit a
Legal Secretary with experience of working for partners and fee earners in a
Private Client department.
Duties and responsibilities of the Legal Secretary in Private Client:- Audio typing (Big Hand)
- Typing and drafting correspondence
- Amending documents
- Diary Management
- Booking meetings
- Assisting with and drafting bills
- Arranging and booking travel and accommodation
- Opening, maintaining and closing files
- Archiving files
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Scanning and preparing documentation
- General administration ie. filing, faxing, photocopying etc
