Our client, a well-regarded firm in Sussex are looking for a Private Client Locum Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join the team for a minimum of three months whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to collaborate with a highly esteemed group of Private Client solicitors.

The workload will consist of: 

• Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPA’s
• Estate Administration
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Obtaining the Grant of Probate
• Dealing/Distributing with the Estate Accounts
