Location: Fife, UK
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Private Client Paralegal to join an esteemed legal team in Fife. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to advance their career in the legal sector, specifically in the area of Private Client law.
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting solicitors in managing a caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and powers of attorney.
2. Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, trust deeds, and letters of administration.
3. Conducting legal research and providing legal advice under the supervision of a solicitor.
4. Liaising with clients, court officials, and other parties in a professional manner.
5. Maintaining and organising legal files and records.
6. Providing excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
1. A degree in law or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a Private Client department.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
6. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
