Pertemps are recruiting a Private Client Paralegal to work with our Edinburgh based client.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, and estate planning
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to Private Client law
- Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other relevant parties
- Provide administrative support to the Private Client team
About You:
- Proven experience as a Private Client Paralegal
- In-depth knowledge of Private Client law and related procedures
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in legal research and document drafting
