Private Client Paralegal / Senior Paralegal - Edinburgh - Salary up to £40,000 p/a DOE

We are eager to speak to experienced Private Client Paralegals or Senior Paralegals who are looking for a new challenge in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity to join an established, dynamic team within a highly regarded, national firm in Edinburgh. 

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Edinburgh with a Salary available DOE. 

Are you who we are looking for?

• You have previous experience working within a Private Client Paralegal role 
• You are proactive and able to manage your own caseload, as well as managing priorities
• You have a strong attention to detail
• You can work well individually and within a wider team environment 
• You are a confident communicator, and enjoy building key business relationships at all levels 
• You are confident working individually and within a wider team environment 

What is the day to day like? 

• Dealing a broad range of Private Client work 
• Handling all administration relating to executries
• Preparing wills and Powers of Attorney
• Dealing with the administration of trusts 
• Taking ownership of caseloads and files, delivering an excellent level of service at all times 
• Building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
• Liaising with various departments when required
• Working to strict deadlines, ensuring all work is completed in full
