SalaryAn exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our top legal client in London on a permanent basis.
Key duties to include:
- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the legal process.
- Schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
- Assist with the preparation of trial presentations and visual aids.
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and briefs.
- Prepare trial notebooks and exhibits for court proceedings.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Review and summarize deposition transcripts, medical records, and other case-related documents
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 12 to 18 months current experience as a Private Client Paralegal.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle own caseload.
- Strong experience working with Wills, Probate and LPA's.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- A team player with great interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a client-facing role.
