The Opportunity
You will join an immensely experienced Private Client team where many hold Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners qualifications, and are part of Solicitors for the Elderly. There will be many aspects of the role familiar to you - such as the opportunity to assist with wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates and tax.
The role is very conducive to a 'learningenvironment'. The culture is supportive and the business is focused upon developing highly capable lawyers.
What’s needed to be considered?
The role requires some previous experience within Private Client - albeit as a Paralegal/Legal Executive or similar.
Previous exposure to generalist Private Client work across wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates and tax is highly desirable.
In addition - an appetite to develop professionally is essential.
