Private Client Paralegal/Solicitor

Role: Conveyancing Paralegal/Solicitor
Location: Edinburgh

Pertemps are recruiting a Private Client Paralegal/Solicitor to work with our Edinburgh based client.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing a caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, and estate planning
Conduct legal research and analysis related to Private Client law
Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other relevant parties
Provide administrative support to the Private Client team
About You:
Proven experience as a Private Client Paralegal
In-depth knowledge of Private Client law and related procedures
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in legal research and document drafting
