Our client is a highly reputable investment and wealth management firm across multiple locations investing on behalf of private investors, charities and trustees. This newly created Client Services Executive position will join the London office initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for a permanent position.
As an experienced Private Client investment Client Services Executive, you will provide support to a dedicated team of Investment Directors and Managers. You will be experienced at acting as the primary point of contact for client queries and will take responsibility for the end-to-end administration processes related to the full client lifecycle, working closely with internal teams, to include account opening, onboarding, transfers, portfolio valuations, gathering data suitability information and producing welcome letters for clients to name just a few tasks.
Regulatory knowledge, particularly AML, risk and compliance within a regulatory environment, is essential. Your motivation to pursue professional qualifications and dedication to delivering excellent client service will be highly valued.
To be considered, Client Services Specialists will have client-facing experience specifically from a Private Client investment background providing dedicated support to investment managers or financial planning professionals, bringing an understanding of private client investment management products and client service requirements.
