An esteemed firm based in North London are seeking an enthusiastic Private Client Solicitor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting the administration of Estates and Trusts
- Managing matters pertaining to Inheritance Tax
- Assisting with casework, including various Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney cases
- Handling Estate administration processes such as applying for and obtaining probate, setting up trusts, and resolving tax liabilities
- Conducting tax planning activities (advantageous)
- Managing correspondence and ensuring accurate time costing procedures
- A committed team player who adapts well to new challenges
- Professional demeanour with a proactive approach to client care
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- Capacity to use own initiative and exercise sound judgment
- Proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office applications and document management
- STEP qualification preferred but not essential
