My client is seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their thriving team due to expansion.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and capable of independently managing a diverse caseload on a day-to-day basis, while also contributing to the resolution of more complex issues within their collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be between 3-6 years’ PQE.
The Private Client team comprises two senior solicitors and a trainee solicitor, set to qualify in January. Together, they handle a broad spectrum of Private Client matters for individuals and families. These include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust and planning advice, Court of Protection applications, Probate applications, and estate administration. Additionally, they collaborate with the Dispute Resolution team on contentious probates.
Skills required for success in this role:

• A minimum of 3-6 years PQE
• Proven experience in autonomously managing a caseload on a day-to-day basis
• Proficiency in IT, with experience using Office 365 and familiarity with case management systems
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Initiative-taking and a proactive approach to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Highly organised and logical thinker
• Demonstrated team skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing demands
