A reputable law firm based in the City of London are looking to add a Private Client Solicitor to their team, offering genuine career progression prospects.

The successful Private Client Solicitor with NQ-5PQE (Newly Qualified to 5 Years Post Qualification Experience) will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on various Private Client matters, including estate planning, tax implications, and wealth preservation.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate applications.
• Managing estate administration and probate matters efficiently and effectively.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on inheritance tax planning and asset protection.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their individual needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Keeping up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments affecting Private Client practice.

Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ-5PQE specialising in Private Client law.
- Strong experience in handling a range of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills with attention to detail.
