Due to my clients continued growth, I am now recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor with around 1-5 years PQE to join their established Private Client department based in Bristol.
 
The role will consist of a varied caseload, where you will have to chance to work independently and with minimal supervision. Your caseload will consist of the following:-
 

• Prepare and advise on wills, trusts, and estate planning
• Advise on tax matters, emphasizing Inheritance Tax mitigation
• Handle elderly issues, from LPAs to Deputy Orders
• Manage relationships with IFAs, accountants, and clients
• Collaborate on joint projects with other departments

 
You will need to have strong communication skills, be committed to providing excellent client care and have the passion to continue to learn and develop.
