SalaryOur respected Private Practice client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor who can demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in decision-making, along with the ability to build strong rapport with clients and internal staff.
You must have a proven ability to network effectively to aid in the growth and expansion of the department, along with the capacity to efficiently manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Type of work
You will be managing a varied caseload independently with some supervision when required to include:
- Wills
- LPAs
- Deputyship orders
- Probate
What will be expected from you?
- To provide expert legal advice and guidance ensuring clients’ interests are represented effectively
- Managing a caseload from initial client consultation to case resolution
- Conducting legal research and to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients
