Job Description
As a Private Client Solicitor you will be expected to advise on range on contentious and non-contentious Private Client matters to include;
- Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding inheritance tax
- Ability to draft Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Orders
- Responsible for providing high quality, timely, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Work and Trusts
- Administration of estates both of high and low valued estates and varying in complexities with IHT, CGT and income tax considerations
The Successful Applicant
The successful Private Client Solicitor will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with a wealth of Private Client experience. Having management experience will be highly beneficial.
You must be able to start a role within 4 weeks due to the nature of the position.
