If so, our well renowned client, based in Glasgow is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its highly respected Private Client department.
You will be joining an inclusive and supportive team, in a firm that is truly passionate about providing a first-class service.
In your new role, you will be exposed to meaningful work, advising clients on all areas of Private Client law. You will enjoy managing your own caseload including, but not limited to:
- Providing advice to clients in relation to inheritance tax and capital gains tax
- Preparation of wills
- Powers of attorney
- Complex executry administration
- Estate planning
As the successful candidate, you will have the ability to manage your own caseload whilst also supporting more junior members of the team.
