Private Client Solicitor

Oculus are working with a Top 150 Law Firm based in Cambridge who are looking to hire an Associate and Senior Associate into their Highly ranked Private Client practice.

The team advise on the preparation of wills, wealth protection and inheritance tax planning, the administration of complex estates, inheritance, and trust services and on all elderly client matters.

The role:

This is an opportunity for a driven Private Client Solicitor to work on complex/ high value matters, as well as managing your own caseload on the following:

• Estate and succession planning
• Inheritance tax and capital gains tax
• Will drafting
• Trustee powers and duties
• Establishment of trusts

You will:

• Have 2+ PQE (Associate level)
• Have 6+ PQE (Senior Associate level)
• Experience running your own files, including financial management.
• Ideally, you will have completed or be working towards the STEP Diploma.
