The Client:
Our client is an esteemed law firm, commitment to delivering exceptional legal services in residential property, family law, wills & probate, and commercial property.
The Role:
As a Solicitor / Legal Executive in a Private Client department, you will play a pivotal role in executing a range of wills & probate task and making a valuable contribution to the firms operations.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting wills and creating trusts.
- Formulating powers of attorney.
- Managing estate administration.
- Offering advice on inheritance tax matters.
- Ensuring clients are regularly informed about the progress of their cases.
- Implementing marketing strategies to boost team revenue, including generating articles and content.
- Contributing to the training and development of team members.
- Providing support to other colleagues within the firm as needed.
- Mitigating risk in handling various tasks and ensuring adherence to the firms risk and file management procedures.
- Executing all responsibilities in line with documented procedures and systems outlined in the office manual and the firms training seminars.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Experienced Solicitor, NQ Solicitor, Legal Executive, or in a similar role.
- Experience working in a Private Client department or Ideally a STEP member
- Capable of independently managing a case load.
- Open to utilising the firms practice and case management system.
- Skilled in IT.
