The successful candidate will have a broad experience handling Private Client matters, dealing with high-net-worth estates and trusts.

Duties but not limited to:

• Drafting wills 
• Carrying out applications for Estates and Trusts
• Applications for Court of Protection matters 
• Understanding inheritance tax
• Managing power of attorney applications
