Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a full range of Private Client matters and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base, ensuring all client needs are met with discretion and sensitivity.
• Conduct client meetings and maintain clear, professional communication throughout all stages of the legal process.
• Draft, review, and execute legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Private Client law and practice, applying this knowledge proactively to benefit clients and the firm.
• Work independently, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in Private Client law.
• Demonstrable experience handling a comprehensive range of Private Client services.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent client care skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly and empathetically.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents with a keen eye for detail.
