Artemis Human Capital is currently recruiting for leading law firm as they seek to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy team.

The Candidate & Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling a variety of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts. You will provide expert legal advice and develop lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and advising on wills, trusts, and estate planning
• Managing probate and estate administration cases
• Advising clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in Private Client law and regulation
• Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive legal services
