Private Client Solicitor

A market-leading, Legal 500 firm in Essex is keen to recruit a Private Client Solicitor into the prestigious department of its Basildon office.

In this role you will be managing your own caseload of complex Private Client work consisting of drafting wills, trusts, deeds of variation, LPAs, Probates and Estate administration and tax planning.

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, as well as the strong communication and organisation skills required to effectively deal with Wills, Trusts, and Executry matters in a timely manner
• Be NQ to 4 years of experience within Private Client
• A step qualification is desirable but not essential
• Have obtained or keen to obtain a STEP qualification.
