We are looking for a talented, motivated, and client-focused Private Client Solicitor for our client who is a well-established leading firm of Solicitors based in Sheffield. They are a forward-thinking organisation and one of the leading law firms in South Yorkshire well known for delivering excellent levels of client care.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Head of Department and Operations Manager on a diverse range of tasks
Private Client Solicitor Benefits:
- Salary: Up to 60k DOE

Private Client Solicitor Duties:
- Advising and supporting clients on estate planning matters, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection, Estate and Trust administration
- Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trust deeds and documents
- Dealing with high net worth clients, trusts and estates
- Preparing and filing tax returns, including annual trust tax returns
Private Client Solicitor skills & experience:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' of post-qualification experience, and comprehensive knowledge of all Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong drafting and presentation skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Able to work with minimal supervision, take responsibility, and display initiative
- Commitment to professional development
- STEP membership is preferred but not essential
