Private Client Solicitors

As a result of the continued expansion of our Personal Legal Services practice we are looking to recruit solicitors and paralegals to join one of the largest Private Client teams in the country. They are a team of like-minded individuals, focussed on delivering exceptional service to our clients. Ideally, you should have at least 3 years PQE though other levels will be considered.
You will deal with all aspects of wills, trusts, executries, adults with incapacity matters and estate planning (to include inheritance and capital gains tax issues). Being STEP qualified and/or dual Scots/English qualified will be helpful although is not essential. You should be able to work confidently in a fast-moving environment, thriving on client contact and be confident and competent meeting clients face to face. Business development will form part of the role going forward.
