Private Client Tax Assistant Manager

Tax specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager opportunity on behalf of a highly reputable firm of Chartered Accountants in Central Manchester.
Perfect for CTA qualified (PQ or ATT Qualified also considered) Personal Tax professional looking for their first step up into a management role.
You will be managing a diverse and interesting client portfolio including HNWIs, Trusts & Estates, Directors, Partnerships providing tax compliance and advisory services and on a progression plan to Manager/ Senior Manager.
Paid overtime, company bonus, health insurance, option of WFH 3 days a week and part time considered.

The Role:
Managing a portfolio of Private Clients
Identifying tax planning opportunities
Preparation and review of personal tax returns
Capital gains computations
Calculating tax liabilities
Inheritance tax
Crypto assets
Ad hoc advisory projects
Corresponding with HMRC as required
Dealing with client queries
Client meetings
You:
CTA Qualified (ideally)
PQ/ ATT Qualified also considered
Personal/ Private Client Tax experience within a practice environment
Experience of managing a client portfolio (ideally)
Personal tax compliance proficiency
Strong communication skills
