A leading Private Client Tax team in a Top 25 Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Personal Tax Director after continued growth, as well as investment, in the Private Client (PC) offering.
A leading Private Client Tax team in a Top 25 Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Personal Tax Director after continued growth, as well as investment, in the Private Client (PC) offering.
You will be joining a well established and highly skilled Private Client team of over 30 people. Where you'll support current Directors and Partners with delivering the strategy of the PC team, as well as manage and delegate work accordingly.
Your background in Private Client Tax will be Advisory focused, and you'll have strong commercial acumen.
Some of your responsibilities as a Tax Director include:
- Deliver high quality advice to a range of Private Clients
- Review and sign off on often complex tax returns
- Work closely with other departments, cross selling and providing tax insight
- Actively involved in business development and onboarding new clients through various channels
- Drive forward Learning & Development initiatives to continue upskilling the Tax team
Your experience:
- CTA or ACA qualified, STEP would be beneficial, not essential
- Experience advising HNW/UHNW Private Clients
- Strong and demonstrable advisory and commercial acumen
- Business development, marketing, strategy involvement
