Pure Search are currently working in partnership with a Mid-Tier Firm on the East Coast in order to recruit a Tax Manager to be based out of one of their East Coast Offices. My client is currently undergoing a large period of growth and is looking for forward-thinking individuals to be a part of their expansion.

The role;

As a Manager within the Private Client Tax Team, you will be an integral point of contact for more junior members of staff and a key figure providing high quality services to clients

Duties include but are not limited to;

To supervise, manage and upskill more junior members of staff when necessaryTo manage a portfolio that ranges across a multitude of small company clientsLead on and undertake provisioning, compliance and advisory work where appropriateTo be a key figure in the development and maintenance of relationships with both more senior and junior members of staffBeing a key figure for risk and logging risks/escalations

The relevant candidates will have;

CPA or equivalent qualificationExperience in Private Client services in compliance Have excellent communication skills and a strong track record in organisation and people management
