Description
- Direct management of tax-related services for Private Clients within the medical industry.
- Strategic planning and execution of tax advisory services.
- Fostering strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities to expand services.
- Directing and mentoring junior team members to foster their development and enhance their tax knowledge.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulatory standards and company procedures.
- Facilitating communication between various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Identifying and capitalising on business development opportunities.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and legislative changes relevant to Private Client Tax.
Profile
A successful Private Client Tax Manager (Medical) should have:
- A relevant qualifications in Tax/Accounting.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within tax consultancy.
- Extensive knowledge of tax legislation, preferably within the medical sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
