Private Client Tax Manager

We have been instructed on a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager or Manager opportunity on behalf of our client, a Top 20 firm of Chartered Accountants in their Peterborough office.

A fantastic opportunity for a CTA (ATT also considered) Qualified Private Client tax professional looking for progression with one of the UK's most reputable firms.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide variety of entrepreneurial Private Clients including HNWIs, Partnerships, Trust & Estates and Non domiciled individuals providing tax services.

You will be working in areas such as Personal tax, Property tax, Inheritance issues, Capital Gains along with Non-domicile and Expatriate tax, and supporting Partners/ Directors in more complex ad hoc advisory work.

The Role:

Managing a diverse portfolio of clients
Identifying tax planning opportunities
Preparation and review of personal tax returns
Capital gains tax computations
Assisting the Partner(s) with consulting and advisory work
Reviewing the work of junior staff members
Liaising with HMRC.
Dealing with client queries

You:

CTA Qualified (Ideally)
CTA Part Qualified or ATT Qualified also considered
Experience of managing a client portfolio (ideally)
Strong personal/ Private Client Tax experience within a practice environment
Strong communication skills
