SalaryMISSIONS:
- Review information packs as part of the screening process of new opportunities, to be discussed at team level;
- Manage due diligence process of transactions presented to IC, including preparation of financial model and and credit memo;
- Supported by senior team members, take part to the negotiation and executing of the legal documentation;
- Help develop relationships with private equity firms, advisors and banks;
- Monitor portfolio companies, by analysing monthly reports, regularly engaging with management teams and prepare updates for internal purposes and reporting to investors; and
- Lead on the regular communication and engagement with investors on dedicated funds / SMAs
PROFILE:
- 4+ years experience in corporate finance, transaction services, private equity / debt, investment banking;
- Critical thinker and self-starter, with strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting and modelling;
- Genuine interest in a career focused on the UK market, with developing network of local stakeholders (sponsors, advisors);
- Strong expertise in Excel and Power Point;
- Fluent in English (another European language is a plus);
- Flexible, proactive and with strong attention to detail and communication skills;
