Family Solicitor
Location: Birmingham, England
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Description:
Our esteemed client, a specialist Family Law Firm, is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their team. As a key member of the family law department, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, financial settlements, and child-related issues. This role has potential to move up to Head of Department.

Responsibilities:
* Handle a full range of family law matters, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing court documents.
* Liaise with various professionals, including psychologists, doctors, social workers, and police officers.
* Examine and evaluate evidence to benefit clients
* Manage emotionally unpredictable situations with empathy and professionalism

Requirements:
* Significant experience in family law matters
* Excellent client care skills
* Ability to lead own caseload with support from the team
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business development and financial targets
* Confident and eloquent communication skills
