Private PA/ Mothers Help

We are working with a lovely family who live near Forest Hill who are looking for a Private PA/ Mothers Help. Working for a busy family who have 5 children (who are very self sufficient ) but do require assistance. The role requires someone who is really happy to muck in as and when is needed and to help with whatever is required. The candidate must be really flexible with their time and have a solutions oriented approach. Such a great family and “fit” is the upmost of importance for the role. They are happy to look at candidates who are full time or part time.

Private PA:

·Book appointments for the family

·Diary management

·Liaise with builders, contractors and handymen

·Paying household bills

·Liaise with children school regarding activities, afterschool club

·Help organize events e.g children parties, dinner,

Housekeeper:

·Run errands on behalf of family

·Organize weekly shop and top up shops

·Making sure that the house always has provisions. E.g milk/ bread/ etc.

·Help with laundry /help with washing up

·Tidying up the house as required

·Dog walking as required

Childcare Duties:

·Occasionally pick children up from school

·Cooking the children meals and making snacks

·Take children to and from appointments

·Support with morning and afterschool routine

·Children’s wardrobe management

·Babysitting

·Occasionally babysitting and staying over if parents are travelling for work

Characteristics for the role:

·Highly emotionally intelligent

·Super flexible and logical thought process

·solutions-oriented personality

·No task is too big or no task is too small attitude

·Ability to go with the flow and willingness to support in anyway possible

·Kindness and fun!
