Private PA – Notting Hill, W11

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a PA to join a highly respected and well-known Principal in Notting Hill, W11. This unique role offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities, split evenly between business (50%) and personal support (50%). The successful candidate will work with a prominent entrepreneur and Patron of the arts, assisting him both in his professional ventures (he is the Director and Founder of a gallery) and private life.
The role will be based at the gallery and his home from time-to-time, five days a week. Hours are 9am-5pm but flexibility is required for after work events etc.
Business wise: helping the Director with the events at the gallery and overseeing the office, helping organise the shipping of objects etc. which is a fascinating part of the role.
Personal: booking personal appointments (the Principal’s wife is out from time to time), co-ordinating things like window cleaning for their house, booking flights, cars, hotels via the travel company, writing itinerary’s etc.
 
The Principal is looking for someone who is going to get stuck into the role and is keen to help in all areas of the business and personal. The current EA can be organising his dogs to travel to the US or going to the post office to drop off a lot of packages, so it’s a really varied role! The new candidate needs to be computer literate, as he needs help with updating websites and PowerPoints.
The current incumbent worked with this Principal on the business side and didn’t have Private experience prior to this role, so this is one of those rare opportunities for candidates with little or no private experience as well as those who are experienced Private PAs.
