Private Patient Account Manager
Location: Park Hill Hospital, Doncaster
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time
Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits
Summary:
Park Hill Hospital is one of South Yorkshire's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. Located in Doncaster, the hospital currently has 17 bedrooms and a four bedded day care unit all with en suite facilities.
By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The fully equipped ultra clean air theatre is particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy and hip and knee replacement. The day unit is suitable for minor operations.
The role:​​​​​​​
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Park Hill Hospital for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and customer services skills to join our Private Patient Team.
You will liaise with self-pay and medically insured patients, local hospital teams, Consultants and Medical Secretaries to grow Private Patient admissions. You will need to have the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload whilst working under pressure, be target driven and have a proven track record of achieving results. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to plan and deliver a programme of public events, reflecting local and corporate business development strategies.
Duties will include: Patient enquiries, Consultation bookings, theatre Bookings, Liaising with secretaries and supporting patients with their enquiries.
What you’ll bring with you
Proven track record of achieving targets whilst maintaining an outstanding level of customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills to include Excel and Word
Experience working in a private healthcare setting is preferred
