About the Role
The firms Private Wealth team provide advice on UK and international tax and estate planning, trusts and trust administration, landed estates and immigration.
Solicitors/Associates in Private Wealth Department, handling a mixed and varied workload with a high quality client base. Specific Responsibilities include Tax, trusts and estate planning work for private clients and professional and corporate trustees. The work includes advice on wills, trusts and EPAs, LPAs, tax planning, provision of trust administration services, probate and the administration of estates.
About the Right Applicant

• 2-5 years PQE
• Experience managing a caseload of good quality, mixed work, to include Wills, Trusts, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Orders
